The Block Captain Team is the backbone of the Grandmont Community Association. There is one Block Captain on each block. The Block Captain delivers the monthly neighborhood newsletter, The Grandmonitor, welcomes new neighbors, collects dues for the Association, and acts as a liaison for residents unable to attend Board meetings. Block Captains communicate with the Street Captains, and also attend Board meetings.
